| We are fortunate that local realtors recognize the role that the Foundation has played in this success. They are ambassadors for the Foundation and have been generous in their support of our efforts to support teaching positions and reduce class size throughout the entire district. |
| The Realtor and Mortgage Lender Recognition Programs were designed to say "Thanks!" and to support your business by providing great value for your donation dollar! They are "win-win" situations for the Foundation and the program participants. |

Realtor Recognition Partnership (Meet our Recognized Realtors)
If you are a local realtor, this program was designed with your business in mind* and includes benefits at every level of participation. As a realtor partner, you will receive:
- Your name and photograph in 3 full-page ads in the Lake Oswego Review.
- Listing in the Annual Donor Thank You issue of the Foundation's newsletter.
In addition to the above and depending on your donation level, benefits may also include: |
Use of Foundation rider board signs;
- Your photograph and contact information on the Recognized Realtors page
of this web site;
- Web link from the Recognized Realtors page to your individual web site;
- Use of the LOSD Foundation Realtor supporter logo in your ads and promotional materials.

Renewal:
In the spring, you will be sent an invoice to renew your donation pledge for this program. Upon renewal, you will be sent color coded decals designating the new calendar year. Partner's status is renewable at the Foundation's discretion and subject to any additional terms or amounts as determined by the Foundation. |
*At annual renewal, rider board signs will be updated to the current year with a color coded sticker to indicate the participants partnership level. All rider board signs remain the property of the LOSD Foundation. If participation is terminated, signs must be returned to the Foundation office at the earliest convenience.
Participation in our Business Partnership is separate from the Realtor Recognition program. Donations can be split between the two programs, or you may elect to participate in the Business Partnership only, depending on which program best serves the needs of your business. |

Case Study:
Mortgage bankers Joanne Kantor and Jimmy Drakos, partners in Countrywide Financial took the lead in the Mortgage Lender Recognition Program by designing a custom program for loans referred to them by the Foundation, or with a Lake Oswego School District family, alumni, grandparent, etc...
For this program, they pledged to donate 20% of the loan fee of each Foundation or school district mortgage they close. This program applies to new or refinanced residential and commercial loans.
During their first year in the program, they donated over $20,000!
